RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO TO DRAW AND SIGN ~ARRANTS FOR PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED FOR SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PARKING DISTRICT
NO. 1 PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 437, AND AUTHORIZING CITY TREASURER
TO PAY SAID WARRANTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council-of the City of South San Francisco that upon
receipt by said City of the proceeds from the sale of bonds, Parking District No. 1, City
of South San Francisco, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 2896 of said City, and sold
pursuant to Resolution No. 2913 of said.City, that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of South San Francisco be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to draw warrants
upon the Treasurer of the City of South San Francisco, payable to the San Mateo County Title
Company, for the purchase of the real property to be acquired for South San Francisco Parking
District No. 1, pursuant to Ordinance No. 437 of said City, in the amounts and for the acquis-
ition of the properties in South San Francisco, Plat No. 1, as follows:
Lot 2, Block 139; the sum of $23,000.00, cost of a title insurance policy
and usual closing costs;
Easterly ~ of Lot 3, Block 139; the sum of $17,750.00, cost of a title
insurance policy and usual closing costs;
3. Lot 9, Block 140; the sum of $6,750.00, cost of a title insurance policy
and usual closing costs;
Lot 10, Block 140; the sum of $7,500.00~ cost of a title insurance policy
and usual closing costs;
Lot 18, Block 125; the sum of $20,500.00; cost of a title insurance policy
and usual closing costs;
Lots 19 and 20, Block 140; the sum of $35,500.00; cost of a title insurance
policy and usual closing costs;
Easterly ½ of Lot 6 and all of Lot 5, Block 124; the sum of $30,800.00; cost
of a title insurance policy and usual closing costs;
Westerly ½ of Lot 6, Block 124; the sum of $10,750.00; cost of a title
insurance policy and usual closing costs;
Lot 23, Easterly ½ of. Block 124; the sum of $35,000.00; cost of a title
insurance policy and usual closing costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City of South San Francsco be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay said warrants.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem
