A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AGREEMENTS AND DEEDS - PONDEROSA ROAD
I ~PROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
those certain agreements and deeds executed by the persons and on the dates as set forth in
Exhibit "A" hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference, granting this city an
interest in certain property more particularly described in said deeds, are hereby accepted
and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign said agreements on behalf of the City
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest his signature, to affix the corpor-
ate seal of the City thereto, and record the said agreements and deeds, together with cer-
tified copies of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolut~n was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 21st day of December, 1959, by the following vote:
