A RESOLItTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT
PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVEI/ENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of Intention
No. 2876 adopted by the City Council of said City on September 8, 1959, was $59,687.19,
and following the opening of bids therefor, said estimate may be reduced to $55,924.19.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 'Engineer of Work reduce each
of said assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of difference between said est-
imates, which change may either be made on the face of the assessment or by filing an
amendment thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 21st day of December, 1959, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern

ABSENT, None
