RESOLUTION NO. 2945
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING THE AUTHORIZED
AGENT FOR SUBMISSION OF OASDI QUARTERLY WAGE REPORTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
authority'to hereinafter act as Authorized Agent to submit all wage reports and other
written reports required by federal and state laws and rules and regulations be, and
it is, vested in the office of City Clerk; the authority to sign contracts shall remain
in the office of the Mayor as heretofore authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1959, by the
following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew ROcca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. &hern

ABSENT, None
