A RESOLUTION OF I~ CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN INDEMNIFYING
AGREEMENT WITH UTAH CONSTRUCTION CO~PANY'FOR
INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 2-C, NOW KNOWN AS INDUSTRIAL
PARK NO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
certain Indemnifying Agreement, the same being a letter dated ~arch 25, I959, and signed
by E. W. Littlefield, regarding Industrial Park No. 2-C - now known as Industrial Park
No. 2-D, between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation, and UTAH CON-
STRUCTION COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, be accepted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
accept said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 21st day of December, 1959, by the following
vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
