RESOLUTION NO. 2948
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING THE DEED OF E. G. COOPMAN
AND RUTH B. COOPMAN AND AUTHORIZING METHOD OF PAYMENT THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed dated as of the 23rd
day of November, 1959, whereby E. G. CO(I~MAN and RUTH B. COOPMAN, his wife, give,
grant, transfer and convey to'the City a certain parcel of real property therein des-
cribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment in the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND SlX HUN-
DRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($8,650.00) is hereby authorized for the acquisition of said parcel
of real property and said s~ shall be charged in equal portions against the County Aid
Fund and the Major Street Fund allocated for the job called Hillside Boulevard Widening
Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1959, by the follow-
