A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF PONDEROSA HILLS
SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the final map of Ponderosa Hills Subdivision stands approved and that the signatures
of the public officers as required be endorsed thereon, said map as endorsed to be
deposited with the City Clerk and not to be released to developer for recordation
until said developer has filed with the City Clerk an Agreement of Guarantee indemni-
fying the City for settlement of the site gradings, a subdivision agreement and
performance bond or in lieu of the performance bond the completion of an assessment
district proceeding as provided for by City ordinances and a two (2) year maintenance
bond as required by City ordinance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1959, by the fol-
lowing vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
