RESOLUTION NO. 2951
RESOLUTION ACCEI~rlIIG GRANT DEED TO CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated January.4,.
1960, whereby MARINO DONATI and BERTHA DONATI, his wife, JULIO DONATI and ELVINA DONATI,
his wife, and SEVERINO DONATI, a widowe~ give and grant to said City of South San
Francisco the real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be re-
corded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of January, 1960, by the
following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
