RESOLUTION NO. 2952
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated
January 4, 1960, whereby YOLANDA J0 ILtHONEY, EMMA IRENE MAHONEY, HAZEL YATES,
EDITH WOOLEY and FERN MILES give and grant to said City of South San Francisco
the real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is,
directed to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolu-
tion, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 4thUd ay of January, 1960,
by the following vote:

NOES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
