A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING THE RESOLUTION
APPROVING A FINAL ~ OF PONDEROSA HILLS SUBDIVISION
AND AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF THE FINAL MAP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
R~solution No. 2949 passed on the 21st day of December 1959 is hereby amended so as
to provide that the Ponderosa Hills Subdivision map endorsed by the required public
officers shall be deposited by the City Clerk with the California Pacific Title
Insurance Company with instructions to record said map for the developer upon his
depositing with said Title Insurance Company an agreement for completion of public
improvements in the assessment district known as the Ponderosa Improvement Project,
said contract being that of the successful bidder, O. C. Jones, and to be accompanied
by a performance bond in one hundred percent (100%) of'the contract price, a labor
and material bond and the required insurance certificates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, prior to delivering the Ponderosa
Hills Subdivision map to the California Pacific Title Insurance Company, shall re-
ceive asubdivision agreement, which agreement shall, in addition to its usual provis-
ions, contain an undertaking by a subdivider to install water lines and facilities as
set forth in the plans and specifications and designated by the Director of Public
Works, a two (2) year maintenance bond as required by city ordinance and an agreement
of indemnity as set forth in Resolution No. 2949.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of January, 1960, by the
following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ah
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman G. J. Rozzi
