RESOLUTION NO. 2959
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and.hereby does, accept that certain Administrator's Grant
Deed dated January 15, 1960, whereby EARL WOODMAN, as Administrator of the Estate
of JESSIE WOODMAN, Deceased, gives and grants to said City of South San Francisco
the real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1960,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT,
Councilman G. J. Rozzi
