A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2579
AND RESOLUTION NO. 2580
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that Resolution No. 2579 and Resolution No. 2580 heretofore passed on the 3rd day
of February 1958 authorizing the acceptance of a Grant of Easement from the
Grondine Company and the Hamlin Company be, and the same are hereby, rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1960, by the
following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern

ABSENT, None
