A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN ADDENDU~ TO AGREEMENTS REGARDING CONMUR
STREET EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
certain Addendum to Agreements regarding Conmur Street Extension, dated the 4th day of
January 1960, between the CITY OF SO~TH SAN FRANCISCO, STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
and BRAGATO PAVING COMPANY, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed
to. affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of February, 1960, by the following vote:
