RESOLUTION NO. 2965
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING
OF A PERMIT TO USE AN EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the General Aniline & Film Corporation shall have the right to use the surface ease-
ment described in the letter from General Aniline & Film Corporation dated February
2, 1960, to Louis H. Goss, Director of Public Works, City of South San Francisco,
City Hall, South San Francisco, California, as revised by the addition to paragraph
1 of page 2 of'said letter, said revision adding the following: "or caused by con-
. struction, maintenance and use of the paved roadway, paved parking area or railroad
tracks by action of General Aniline & Film Corporation, .its successors and assigns".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is hereby author-
ized to sign said letter on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a special meeting held on the 8th day of February, 1960, by the
following vote:
