A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION
2107,5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been presented to be entered into be-
tween the State of California and the City of South San Francisco and the City
of South San Francisco for the expenditure of the Engineering Allocation to
Cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in full and
is familiar with the contents thereof, and
WHEREAS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of funds allocated under
.Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1961, has been prepared for presentation to the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the
budget of proposed expenditures of the Engineering Allocation to Cities, and
said budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor of the City
of South San Francisco is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said
budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon its approval by the authorized
Officials of the State.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of February, 1960,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
