~E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that in
accordance wi~h the Government Code af the State of Californim health insurance coverage
shall be extended to -
1. members of the City Council

full-time permanent salaried employees (This is to include temporary
employees with provisional appeint_~ments to full-time Jobs, but who
work full time for a specified period only; and is to exclude employees
mbo are employed all year and permanently, but less than thirty-five
,(,35~ hou~ per ~ek.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City's share shall be a contribution of SIX
DOLLARS 'AND FIFTY-FIVE CENTS ($6.55) with a remainder of the charges for fees for the
employee and his dependents being paid by the employee, said employee's share to be de-
ducted from the payroll and forwarded to the carrier together with the City's contribution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of March 1960, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, Emilio Cortesi
