A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF EASEMENT FROM WILLIAM
LAGOMARSINO, ANNA LAGOIiARSINO, RICCO LAGOMARSINO, MARIE
LAGOMARSINO, ANTONIO PICCARDO AND CATERINA PICCARDO TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Easement, dated as of
the 9th day of March, 1960, whereby WILLIAM LAGOMARSINO, ANNA LAGOMARSINO, RICCO
LAGOMARSINO, l~ARIE LAGOMARSINO, ANTONIO PlCCARDO AND CATERINA PICCARDO give, grant,
transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest over,
across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Deed of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of March, 1960~ by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
