A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY AND SAN MATEO COUNTY - CHESTNUT AVENUE AND
HILLSIDE BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the certain agreement regarding the payment of all in excess of SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($60,000.) for the improvement of Chestnut Avenue and Hillside Boulevard, dated the
21st day of March, 1960, between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and SAN MATEO COUNTY,
be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 21st day of March, 1960, by the following vote:
