A RESOLUTION OF THE cITY cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING MASTER PLAN CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING
ITS EXECUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
proposed contract between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and WILLIAM E. SPANGLE and
EBASCO SERVICES be approved as to form and submitted to William E. Spangle and EBASCO
Services for signatures and, upon their filing said contract with the City Clerk fully
executed, it shall then be executed by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal
of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that should William E. Spangle and EBASCO Services desire
to delete EBASCO Services as a contracting party with City and have EBASCO Services as a
subcontractor of William E. Spangle, an alternate contract containing the same substantive
provisions, but deleting EBASCO Services, be signed and executed by William E. Spangle and
submitted for City's acceptance, together with authorized election in writing by EBASCO
Services to such deletion.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 21st day of March, 1960, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
