A,~RK~OLUT/ON OF AWARD OF CONTRACT - STREET* LIGHTING
RBMODERNIZATION BURl BUR1 RESIDENTIAL AREA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, plans and specifications entitled, "Street Lighting Remodernization -
Buri Buri Residential Area", have been prepared by the Director of Public Works and
call for bids has been duly published and said bids.received and publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 21st day of March, 1960, for said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:

that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work ~and imprOve-
ments and £urnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowesl
responsible bidder, to wit: Kennedy Electric Company, at the unit prices named in their bi(
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into a
Written contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all
bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest
his signature and affix thereto.~the corporate seal of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
'duced and adopted by the City Counci of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 21st day of March, 196, by the following vote:
