A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH CITY AND If. BRODSKY AND
T. ENGLEMAN REGARDING IfEHORIAL DRIVE IIfPROVEIfENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Clty Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the certain agreement regarding Ifemorlal. Dr~ve Improvement, dated the 8th day of
March 1960, between the City of South San Francisco and If. Brodsky and T. Engleman,
be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED'that t~e Mayor of said City ~s hereby~authorlzed to
execute said agreement on Dehalf of said City of South San Francisco and t~e City
Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the C~ty.
I hereby certify that. the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted'by the City CounCil of the City of South San Francisco
