A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO COIflfENDING DUANE IfATTISON
FOR HIS SERVICES TO THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING
ISSUANCE TO HI~ OF A CERT!FICATE~OF RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, faithful and capable employees enable municipal and other govern-
mental agencies to serve the public well, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, has been
fortunate in having the faithful and capable services of DUANE MATTISON for six (6)
years, during which period he has performed the duties of Superintendent of Parks and
Recreation, and
wHEREAs, his devotion to duty and the quality of his services have been of
great benefit to the City and its residents, and because of this the City desires to
commend him and issue to him a Certificate of Recognition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco does
hereby commend DUANE MATTISON for his faithful and capable services to the Ci~ of South
San Francisco and issue to him hereby a Certificate of Recognition.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the CitY of South San
Francisco at a regular leering held on the 21st day of ~arch, 1960, by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
