HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2986-1960RESOLUTION NO. 2966 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS - PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifications in the assessment filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted by this Council on April 6, 1959, by changing the amounts of the assessments and the cost of the project, as follows: Parcels No. From To 1 .$ 15,512.91 $ 14,471.23 2 15,868,41 15,696.10 3 334,194.71 334,786.21 4 357,300.32 368,985.32 5 9,943.19 5,363.82 6 13,980.46 9,837.26 $'~46,800. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 18th day of April, 1960, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m.'in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the ~atter of making said changes and modifications and hear- ing all protests and persons interested therein. The Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the South San Francisco Enterprise,Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City, and the paper in which the Notice of laprovement under said Reso- lution of Intention was published, said publication to be at least mn days before said day of hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 4th day of April, 1960, by the following vote: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G.
