A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
REGARDING THE MAGNOLIA STREET CROSSING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
certain agreement regarding Magnolia Street Crossing dated the 4th day of April, 1960,
between the Southern Pacific Company and t he City of South San Francisco, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructe
to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
'I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 4th day of April, 1960, by the following vote:
