A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Calif-
ornia, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for
bid~ for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of' Inten-
tion No. 2876 adopted by this Council on September B, 1959, Said notice, in form
to be prepared by Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld and Wallace, shall be given by the
Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond hoUses in-
terested in the purchase of such bonds at least ten days before said date.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Kirkbride,
Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approvin~ the legal-
ity of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 4th day of April,' 1960, by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
