A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
INDUSTRIAL SEWERS AND PlIMPlNG STATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California
that
WHEREAS, said Council did on the 7th day day of March, 1960, adopt its Res-
olution ordering the Superintendent of Streets to make and file with the City Clerk an
amended assessment of all parcels of property the former assessments which, under Reso]
ution of Intention No. 1987 adopted by said Council on March 15, 1954, are designated
upon the original assessment and diagram and confir~ed by said Council on May 17, 1954,
and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets as Diagram and Assessment
Number 23;
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Streets did on the 7th day of March, 1960,
pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with the City Clerk an Amended Assessment
and Diagram;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 4th day of April, 1960, as the time
for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said hearing to be published
twice ~ the Enterprise-Journal, the first publication being fifteen days before said
hearing, as appears from the affidavit on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place' fixed for said hearing, no protests or object-
ions were made or.presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all ~atters and
things pertaining to said amended assessment were duly heard and considered by said Count
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said a~ended assessment and diagram filed
with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution ordering sa~e, be, and the same
is hereby, ratified, approved and conf~rmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of said City shall deliver said
amended assessment to the Superintendent of .Streets, together with a certified copy of
this resolution thereto attached, and said Superintendent of Streets shall thereupon
record such amended assessment with a certificate at the end thereof by the City Clerk
of said City that it is the amended assessment approved by the Council on April 4, 1960.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the assessment in said orig-
inal diagram and assessment that it has been displaced by said amended assessment, giving
its date, and shall credit upon such amended assessment all payments theretofore made
upon such original assessment. When said amended assessment has been recorded, the
Superintendent of Streets shall cause the original assessment involved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by th~ City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 4th day of April, 1960, by the following vote:
