A IE~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
soUTH SANFRANCISCO.REQUESTINGAPUBLIC HEARING
ON THE RELOCATION AND INPROVENENTAS A FREEWAY
OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 239 ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
request is hereby'made to the Division of Highways of the State of California for a
public hearing on the relocation and improvement as a freeway of a portion of a state
highway - Route 239 - in the City of San Bruno, South San Francisco, Colma, Daly City
and the County of San lateo between 0.2 mile south of San Bruno Avenue and Route 56 at
Alemany Boulevard, Road IV-Sl-239-SBr,A,SSF,Clm,DIC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
is of the opinion that such a public hearing is necessary for the protection of the many
interests in the areas affected and for the proper development of the proposed improve-
ment so as to adequately serve the areas affected and the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1960, by the following vote:
