A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT - DEBOLIT~ON OF
BUILDINGS FOR PARKING DISTRICT 1955-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 4th day of April, 1960, for the
work to be done as described and specified in Resolution No. 2981 entitled, "A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS/SPECIAL
PROVISIONS AUTHORIZING THE WORK AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS FOR
PARKING DISTRICT 1955-1".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids except
that hereinafter mentioned and hereby awards the contract for doing the work and~,rnish-
lng the materials, supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit: Flora Crane Service, Inc., at the price named in their-bid.
2.' That the ~ayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into a
written contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all
bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal'of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution-was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1960, by the following vote:

and Patrick E. Ahern
