A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.
SOUTH SAN FRINCISO0 CANCELLING TAXES AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ATTORNEY TO CONSENT THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of'South San Francisco that:
.WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco acquired a certain parcel of real
property for public purposes, to wit: right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires to authorize the City Attorney to
consent to the cancellation of taxes pursuant to Section 4986 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code of the State Of California, and, further, requests the BOard of Supervisors for the
County of San Mateo to authorize cancellation of County taxes and the District Attorney of
said County to consent thereto, and
WHEREAS, said parcel of property is described as 0.091 acres, Parcel 28, Zone B,
per Assessor's Map of South San Francisco (Acreage of SOuth San Francisco),
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered that:
(1) The City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to consent
to cancellation of taxes on that parcel of real property acquired for public purpose, to wit:
right-of-way, said parcel being 0.091 acreas, Parcel 28, Zone B, per Assessor's Map of South
San Francisco (Acreage of South San Frae lsco),'
(2) That this Resolution be filed with the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Mateo and the District Attorney of the County of San Mateo, and be deemed a request
to said Board of Supervisors and District Attorney to authorize and consent, respectively,
to cancellation of taxes on said parcel of real property.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular;meeting.held, on'the 181tiday ~April, 1960, by the following vote:
