A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF VETERAN
EXEMPTION AFFIDAVITS I/ORE THAN FIVE (5) YEARS OLD
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office veteran exemption affidavits more
that five (5) years old, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said records is authorized upon approval by the City
Council by resolution and written consent of the City Attorney and Department Head, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and the City Clerk haVe filed written consent to
the destruction of said records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby approve and authorize the destruction of v~teran exemption affi-
davits now in the City Clerk's Office which are more than five (5) years old.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolut~n was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of Ray, 1960, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. RoZzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
