A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OFPAYMENT FOR DAMAGE
TO CITY PROPERTY AND EXECUTION OF RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
WHEREAS, an electrolier was damaged by Jean M. Wilson at lndio and Arroyo Drives
on the 24th day of January 1960 in the'amount of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND
SEVENTY-NINE CENTS ($397.79), and
WIIEREAS, the City has received an offer of reimbursement in the total amount of
said damage and City desires to accept same and execute required Release of All Claims.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that offered settlement of the claim hereinbefore set forth be accepted and that
the City Manager of said City be authOrized to sign said Release of All Claims on behalf of
the City and the City Clerk be instructed to attest to his signature.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resOlution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held t~ls 2nd day of May, 1960, by the following vote:

and Patrick E. Ahern
