RESOLUTION NO. 3003
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CORRECTING CERTAIN CLERICAL
ERRORS IN SEWER RENTAL CHARGES
WHEREAS, certain clerical errors have appeared with respect to sewer rental
charges as more particularly set out hereinafter, and

WItEREAS, such errors should be corrected by the making of certain adjusi-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the assessment for sewer rental charges be adjusted as follows:
1. With respect to the sewer rental assessment of Carlo Regalia as to the
E ~ Lot 18 and Wly 12t' Lot 19, Block 123, City of South San Francisco, through error
for 1959-60 charge was made for two (2) dwellings when charge should have been made
for one (1) dwelling, entitling the owner to a refund of NINE DOLLARS ($9.00). Be-
cause said sewer rental has already been paid., a refund is hereby ordered to be paid
to said owner in the amount of NINE DOLLARS ($9.00).
2. With respect to the sewer rental assessment of Andrew Nicolini as to
the 1.61 Ac MOL being pnts of Parcels 28, 29 and 39, Map 21, Acreage, t~rough error
for 1959~60 charge was made for sanitary connecti~n to City's sewer, when in fact
there is no connection, entitling the owner to a refund of TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS ($21.00).
Because said sewer rental has.already been paid, a refund is hereby ordered to be
paid to owner in the amount of TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS ($21.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City is hereby instructed
to make the above designated corrections to the sewer rental assessments and said City
Clerk is further instructed to pay over to the persons entitled thereto the refunds
indicated.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at the regular meeting held the 2nd day of May, 1960, by the follow-
