RESOLUTION NO. 3005
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisoo, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2876 adopted by said Coun-
cil on September 8, 1959, and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds
pursuant thereto adopted on April 4, 1960, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving bids for the
purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined
and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of sa~d bonds, excepting
the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and
they are hereby, ordered sold to J. B. HANAUER & CO. as the highest responsible bidder
therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in.said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have said bonds
printed.forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to
said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions
contained in said wri.tten offer.
'3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed at
the rgte stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 2nd day of May, 1960, by the following vote:
