A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
INDUSTRIAL SEWERS AND PUMPING STATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, said Council did on the 18th day of April, 1960, adopt its Resolution
ordering the Superintendent of Streets to make and file with the City Clerk an amended
assessment of all parcels of property the former assessments which, under Resolution of
Intention No. 1987 adopted by said Council on March 15, 1954, are designated upon the
original assessment and diagram and confirmed by said Council on May 17, 1954, and re-
corded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets as Diagram and Assessment Number 25,
and Diagram and Assessment Number 23-A as shown on the amended assessment heretofore con-
firmed by the Council by resolution adopted on April 4, 1960;
WHEREA~, said Superintendent of STreets did on the 18th day of April, 1960, pur-
suant to resolution ordering same, file wi~n the City Clerk an Amended Assessment aha D~agr~
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 16th day of May, 1960, as the time for
hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said hearing to be published twice in
the Enterprise-Journa!, the first publication being fifteen days before Said hearing, as
appears from the affidavit on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and pi'ace fixed for said hearing, no protests or objections
were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all matters and things per-
taining to said amended assessment were duly heard,and considered by said Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment and diagram filed
with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution ordering same, be, and the same
is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of said City shall deliver said
amended assessment to the Superintendent of Streets, together with a certified copy of
this resolution thereto attached, and sai'd Superintendent of Streets shali thereupon record
such amended assessment with a certificate at the end thereof by the City Clerk that it is
the amended assessment approved by the Council on May 16, 1960.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the assessment in said original
diagram and assessment that it has been displaced by said amended assessment, giving its
date, and shall credit upon such amended assessment all payments theretofore made upon such
original assessment. When said amended assessment has been recorded, the Superintendent
of Streets shall cause the original assessment involved to be cancelled.
~ hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 16th day of May, 1960, by the following vote:
