RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO DETERMINING VACATION CREDIT OF CHIEF OF POLICE
LOUIS BELLONI UPON RETIREMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
upon advice of the City Attorney Chief Louis Belloni retirement credits should be com-
puted by reference to Resolution No. 890, as amended, and Resolution No. 3015 and fur-
ther upon determination by the City Manager that Chief Belloni has accumulated unused
credits of twenty-four (24) working days as of December 31, 1959, all in accordance with
Resolution No. 890, as amended.
IT IS ORDERED that vacation credits for Chief Louis Belloni be computed by de-
termining the number of working days accumulated to his credit pursuant to Resolution
No. 890 prior to December 31, 1959, and there be added thereto earned credits for the
period January 1, 1960, tb and including May 31, 1960, in accordance with Resolution
No. 3015, and that said earned vacation be paid to Chief Louis Belloni upon termination
of service by retirement on May 31, 1960.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at an adjourned regular meeting held this 23rd day of May, 1960, by the
following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilmen Leo J. Ryan and Emilio Cortesi.
