A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING RECORD OF
COMMISSION APPOINTMENTs AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE
PRIOR TO EXPIRATION OF TERMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that:
(1) The City Clerk of said City shall keep a record of the names, addresses,
date of appointment and date of termination of numbers of all Commissions and Boards
of the City of South San Francisco, and
(2) That the City Clerk shall advise the City Council by written notice thirty
(30) days prior to the expiration of the term of any Commissioner or Board Member, and
immediately upon termination of the term of any Commissioner or Board Member for other
reason.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of. South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of June, 1960, by the
following vote:
