A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM PACIFIC
GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED'by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement, dated as of
the 16th day of December 1957, whereby PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California
corporation, gives, grants, transfers and conveys to said City of South San Francisco
an easement interest over and across certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified, copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1960, by
the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
