A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A LETTER OF GUARANTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that as departments of the City of South San Francisco have heretofore accepted a
letter of guarantee from Crocker-Anglo National Bank, dated October 7, 1957, as a
condition to granting a permit to construct a building known as the Mipro Metal
Products Building, the corner of which will be constructed over a City storm drain
and said departments further issued permit after compliance with sal~ condition by
the filing of said letter of guarantee and as further the City Council does ratify
the actions of the departments in accepting said letter and does by this resolution
formally accept same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of June, 1960,
by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
