A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY OF
SAN MATEO ASSUME THE ANIMAL SHELTER AND RELATED
OPERATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
request be made to the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County to assume the operations
of the Animal Shelter and related activities and that the City Manager be authorized to
negotiate an agreement for same to be presented to the City Council for formal acceptance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 6th day of June, 1960, by the following vote:
