A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2986 of this Council ordering same,
adopted on April 4, 1960, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council
to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted on
April 6, 1959; and
WHEREAS, persons interested appeared or filed written protests against
said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons, desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and mod-
ifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution of
Intention be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in said

forth in said Resolution No. 2986 adopted April 4, 1960.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 20th day of June, 1960, by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
