A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM PAUL A. AQUILINA AND
JOSEPHINE F. AQUILINA TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service
Easement, dated as of the 14th day of June 1960, whereby PAUL A. AOUILINA and JOSEPHINE F.
AqUILINA give, grant, transfer and convey to said City of Sou~h San Francisco an easement
interest over, across~ through or under certain real property therein'described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.~
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of June, 1960~ by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
