RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS
· ITN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND ~ITH THE COUNTY OF
SAN MATEO AND THE PENINSULA HUMANE
SOCIETY FOE ANIMAL CATCHER AND ANIMAL
SHELTER SERVICES IN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South san Francisco that
exeuction of the following agreements for animal catcher and animal shelter services
in the City of South San Francisco be approved and same be executed by the Mayor
of the City of South San Francisco on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is in-
structed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City:
1. that agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision
of the State of California, and the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a general law city,
providing for services from July 1, 1960, to June 30, 1961~ and
2. that agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision
of the State of California, the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a general law city, and
the PENINSULA HUMANE SOCIETY, a California corporation, wherein it is provided that
services shall commence on July 1, 1960, and end on June 30, 1961.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 20th day of June, 1960,
by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
