A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL oF THE CITY oF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL SEWER RENTALS
AND CHARGES'FOR 1960-61 PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 396
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 396, sewer rentals and charges are required
to be assessed on the City tax rolls and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and
WHEREAS, the written' report charging each parcel with the sewer rentals and
charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk ahd required published notice of hearing
on said report has been made, and
WHEREAS, hearing was duly held on the 18th day of July 1960 at 8:00 p.m. by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco in regular session and protests
having ~t~been 'made by owners of a majority of the separate parcels of property des-
cribed in said report.
NOW., THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby adopt the sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk for
1960T61 and said rentals and charges shall be 'asseSsed On the City tax rolls and collected
with the regular municipal taxes, and said .rentals and charges shall, as set forth in
Ordinance No. 396, constitute a lien on the respective parcels of real Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution
to be published, within fifteen (15) days after passage, in the South San Francisco Enter-
prise-Journal, a newspaper of general'circulation published in the City of South San
Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution-was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of SoUth San Francisco
at a [egular meeting held on the 18th day of July, 1960, by the following
vote:
