A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS - INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 3 - SECOND SALE - $125,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Calif-
ornia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2815 adopted by the
Council of said City on June 15, 1959, and its Resolution calling for bids on the
second sale of bonds pursuant thereto, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving bids
for the purchase-of said bonds - second sale - and said bids have been received
and publicly opened, examined and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds -
second sale - excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby rejected,
and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to J. B. HANAUER & CO.
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the
terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds, and in said
accepted bid.
2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to have said
bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and deliv-
ered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above stated and upon the
performance of the conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed
at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular m®eting held this 18th day of Judy, 1960, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J0 Rozzi,.Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
