THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REGULAR MEETING
June 24, 1987
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive
South San Francisco, California.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark N. Addiego called the Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego; Vice Chairman Jack
Drago; Member Richard A. Haffey, Member Roberta
Teglia
Absent: Member Gus Nicolopulos
Also Present: Deputy Executive Director Mark Lewis; City
Attorney Valerie Armento
~ :NDA Deputy Executive Director Lewis stated that there were no
~ ~IEW: changes to the agenda.
APPROVAL OF Member Teglia motioned, seconded by Member Haffey
BILLS: that claims as submitted for payment in the amount of
$172,189.47 for June 24, 1987, be approved. The motion
as made and seconded was regularly carried.
MOTION: Planning Director, Jean Smith, informed the Board that it is
REQUEST FOR recommended by Staff that the extension not be for 90 days
90-DAY but for 180 days; actually for 182 days so that it coincides
EXTENSION with another meeting date. Several of these requests have
FOR PRECISE been received and granted by the Agency, but inasmuch as
PLAN SUBMITTAL/ there is still on-going litigation and it has not been
SHEARWATER settled yet, it is Staff's recommendation that this be for
DEVELOPMENT six months. This is a recorded document that actually
PROJECT: establishes much of the debt for the tax increment including
the Oyster Point Overcrossing.
It was motioned by Member Teglia and seconded by Member
Haffey that the extension be granted.
CLOSED There were no items to be discussed in closed session.
SESSION:
C rD & WELFARE: Chair Addiego invited members of the public to speak on
redevelopment related issues. No one spoke.
A/~JOURNMENT: It was motioned by Member Haffey and seconded by Member
Teglia that the Redevelopment Agency Meeting be adjourned.
The motion as made and seconded was unanimously carried.
