A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A BLASTING
PERMIT TO UTAH CONSTRUCTION AND MINING COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that application
having been made by UTAH CONSTRUCTION AND MINING COMPANY for a blasting permit, it is hereby ordered
that the said permit shall be issued on the terms and conditions contained in Ordinance No. 202
of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regular introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a special
meeting held this 31st day of August, 1960, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilmen Emilio Cortesi and Leo J. Ryan
