A RESOLUTION SUBSTITUTING ENGINEER OF WORK - INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, Utah Construction Company is the owner Of the property subject to the assessment in
proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2815 adopted by this Council on June 15, 1959,
and the party beneficially interested herein; and
WHEREAS, Utah Construction Company has filed in writing a request for the substitution of
Carl E. Kirker, 55 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California, as Engineer of Work in the place
of Wilsey & Ham, Millbrae, California, heretofore appointed by this Council by Resolution No. 2814
adopted June 15, 1959, and has agreed to be responsible for all costs, charges or damages growing out
of any of the work performed or to have been performed by Wilsey & Ham in said matter or growing out
of the substitution of the Engineer pursuant hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that section 1 of said Resolution No. 2814 is hereby amended
by substituting Carl E. Kirker, San Francisco, California, in the place of Wilsey & Ham, Civil Engin-
eers, Millbrae, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held this 6th day of September, 1960, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern.
