A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTN SAN FRANCISCO
REQUESTING THAT THE SAN MATEO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS UNDERTAKE
THE FORMATION OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF
ALIDA ~WAY
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco desires to have Alida Way, located in the Country
Club Park area and connecting Ponderosa Road and Country Club Drive, improved, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has no jursidiction to conduct said improvement
proceedings because no part of the improvements and none of the property to be assessed in the pro-
posed Alida Way improvement project lie within the corporate limits of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors for the County of San Mateo is the appropriate legislative
body before which such said proceedings must be conducted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City Council by this resolution does request the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo
to conduct improvement district proceedings iu accordance with the appropriate improvement district
acts for the improvement of Alida Way from Country Club Drive to Ponderosa Road.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held this 6th day of September, 1960, by the following vote:
