A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CHECK
STUBS OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY FOR 1953
AND PRIOR THERETO
WHEREAS, the Librarian has in her office check stubs of the South San Fran-
cisco Public Library for 1953 and prior thereto, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said records is authorized upon approval by the
City Council by resolution and written consent of the City Attorney and Department
Head, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and the Librarian have filed written consent to
the destruction of said records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby approve and authorize the destruction of check stubs of the South
San Francisco Public Library for 1953 and prior thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
· a regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1960, by the following
vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
