A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2769
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER AND
ATTORNEYS - PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
paragraph 1 of the Resolution cited in the title is amended by deleting the words "reason-
able value thereof to be paid on successive certificates to be approved by Person and
Swanson" and substitute in the place thereof "8% of the cost of the improvements for
engineering, 3% of the cost thereof for inspection, 1% of the cost thereof for preparing
the assessment and 1-1/2% of the cost thereof for soils control, to be paid on successive
engineer's certificates to be approved by the City Engineer".

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 6th day of September, 1960, by the following vote:
